A Six-Month Developmental Leadership Cohort

Aligned Presence is a six-month developmental cohort for leaders who want to deepen how they think, decide, relate, and lead in complex organizational environments.


This is not a coaching program. It is structured developmental leadership work designed to strengthen internal leadership capacity and expand external influence over time. The cohort model supports sustained learning, reflective integration, and peer-based sense-making, rather than focusing on short-term performance outcomes.


This cohort is intentionally designed as developmental leadership work, integrating leadership research, reflective practice, and real-world executive experience.

Purpose of the Cohort

Aligned Presence supports leaders in moving beyond role-based leadership and toward a more intentional, grounded, and credible approach to leadership.

Over six months, participants engage in developmental work that builds:

  • reflective self-awareness
     
  • ethical and relational judgment
     
  • strategic thinking under pressure
     
  • leadership presence that cultivates trust and psychological safety
     

This cohort is designed for leaders who understand that how they lead is inseparable from who they are

What This Cohort Is — and Is Not

This cohort is not designed to provide individualized therapy, performance coaching, or prescriptive leadership models.

It is developmental leadership work focused on building reflective capacity, judgment, and relational effectiveness in complex organizational contexts.

Developmental Focus Areas

The curriculum is organized around seven leadership domains, revisited and deepened throughout the six months to support developmental integration rather than surface learning:

  • Reflective Self-Awareness, Identity, and Leadership Confidence
     
  • Strategic Mindset and Systems Thinking
     
  • Communication with Clarity and Care
     
  • Ethical Influence and Decision-Making Without Formal Authority
     
  • Strategic Relationships and Trust
     
  • Leadership Presence, Voice, and Visibility
     
  • Stewardship of Time, Energy, and Leadership Regulation


Cohort Structure

Duration: Six months
Start Date: Next Cohort  - April 2026

Format:

  • Bi-weekly 90-minute facilitated cohort sessions (live via Zoom)
     
  • Monthly reflective integration sessions
     
  • Small cohort size to support trust, dialogue, and depth
     

This cohort is grounded in reflective and dialogic learning rather than instruction or advice-giving. Sessions emphasize sensemaking, structured reflection, and peer dialogue, allowing participants to examine how they interpret experiences, exercise judgment, and enact leadership in real contexts.


This approach reflects how leadership capacity actually develops in adults: through reflection, integration, and practice over time.

Investment

Program Fee: $3,500 CAD


This fee reflects the six-month developmental design, small-cohort structure, and scholar-practitioner facilitation. The cohort is intentionally limited in size to support depth, trust, and sustained learning.


Participation includes all live sessions, reflective integration sessions, curated materials, and access to session recordings.


Organizational professional development sponsorship is welcome.
