Aligned Presence is a six-month developmental cohort for leaders who want to deepen how they think, decide, relate, and lead in complex organizational environments.
This is not a coaching program. It is structured developmental leadership work designed to strengthen internal leadership capacity and expand external influence over time. The cohort model supports sustained learning, reflective integration, and peer-based sense-making, rather than focusing on short-term performance outcomes.
This cohort is intentionally designed as developmental leadership work, integrating leadership research, reflective practice, and real-world executive experience.

What This Cohort Is — and Is Not
This cohort is not designed to provide individualized therapy, performance coaching, or prescriptive leadership models.
It is developmental leadership work focused on building reflective capacity, judgment, and relational effectiveness in complex organizational contexts.
The curriculum is organized around seven leadership domains, revisited and deepened throughout the six months to support developmental integration rather than surface learning:

This cohort is grounded in reflective and dialogic learning rather than instruction or advice-giving. Sessions emphasize sensemaking, structured reflection, and peer dialogue, allowing participants to examine how they interpret experiences, exercise judgment, and enact leadership in real contexts.
This approach reflects how leadership capacity actually develops in adults: through reflection, integration, and practice over time.
Developmental Capacity
Strengthen the ability to think reflectively, act deliberately, and lead with consistency across contexts.
Leadership Presence
Develop a grounded, credible leadership presence that does not rely on position or performance alone.
Strategic Judgment
Enhance decision-making in complex, ambiguous, and high-stakes environments.
Relational Intelligence
Build the capacity to lead through relationships, dialogue, and psychological safety.
Sustainable Leadership Practice
Shift from reactive leadership patterns toward practices that support longevity, clarity, and well-being.
Scholarly Insight, Practically Applied
Engage with curated readings and frameworks drawn from leadership research and organizational psychology, translated into lived leadership practice.
Program Fee: $3,500 CAD
This fee reflects the six-month developmental design, small-cohort structure, and scholar-practitioner facilitation. The cohort is intentionally limited in size to support depth, trust, and sustained learning.
Participation includes all live sessions, reflective integration sessions, curated materials, and access to session recordings.
Organizational professional development sponsorship is welcome.
