LEADERSHIP DIALOGUES

Conversations That Make Leadership Thinkable

Leadership Dialogues is a curated conversation series exploring how leaders make sense of responsibility, power, uncertainty, and humanity in their work.

These are not interviews designed for soundbites or performance. They are reflective conversations that invite leaders to slow down, examine their assumptions, and speak honestly about how leadership is lived in real organizational contexts.

Each dialogue creates space for sensemaking, not certainty.

SPEAKER SERIES SPRING 2026

 2026 (Date TBD)

Purpose of the Dialogues

Leadership today is often discussed in abstractions. These dialogues bring leadership back to lived experience.

The purpose of this series is to:

  • surface how leaders actually think and decide under pressure
  • explore the inner and relational dimensions of leadership
  • examine complexity, tension, and paradox rather than resolve them prematurely
  • contribute to more human, reflective leadership practice

The dialogues are shaped by a scholar-practitioner lens and informed by ongoing research into reflective leadership and psychological safety.

Not all conversations are public. Some are held intentionally as private learning spaces.

Why This Matters

How the Dialogues Are Used

Why This Matters

Leadership development often focuses on what leaders should do.
Leadership Dialogues focus on how leaders are becoming.

These conversations contribute to a broader shift toward reflective, relational, and ethically grounded leadership practice.

If you are a leader interested in participating in a Leadership Dialogue or if your organization would like to host a facilitated conversation, we invite you to reach out.

Participation is guided by alignment, not visibility.
